This is such a cute little character. This is a little design by Joan Elliott.
It's from an oriental design magazine I bought YEARS ago. 
I love how this turned out and I'm trying to work out how exactly I'm going to finish this design. Maybe a Flat finish.... I haven't done one of them for a while??
What do you think would suit this little character?
